mlapi_GetPageLevelNotes

MLAPI: уровни страниц для размещения заметок (по PR и кол-ву кликов от главной со средней ценой и кол-вом своб. мест)
вход: [SiteID] #сайта
выход: [массив] значения уровней, [-1] - нет данных

Тест

Форма для тестирования доступна только для запросов от локальных компьютеров.
